The Center for Philippine Studies at the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa proudly presents Mga Himig ng Kapuluan: The Art and Heritage of Filipino Song, a special concert celebrating the depth and diversity of the Philippines’ musical traditions.

Audience members are encouraged to wear Filipino attire and stay for a post-concert reception featuring a variety of Filipino food.

Join us for an evening of music, culture, and community as we honor the 50th anniversary of the Center for Philippine Studies and celebrate the vibrant legacy of Filipino song.
