Online Talk: Fishing in Troubled Waters

In this presentation, Dr. Hongzhou Zhang (Assistant Professor, Nanyang Technological University) will provide an overview of the fishing issues in Southeast Asia, with a particular focus on the South China Sea. He will also discuss the causes of the fishing disputes and the implications of fishing disputes for interstate relations in Asia. His presentation will be followed by a discussion moderated by Dr. Shuxian Luo (Assistant Professor of Asian Studies, University of Hawai‘i at Mānoa).
