COVID-19 AND ISIS IN INDONESIA

Prison administrators, fearing an outbreak of COVID-19, have suspended visits and made other
adjustments, but the potential for prison unrest is high, as has happened in other countries hit by the
virus. Indonesia urgently needs procedures in place to handle violence or attempted escapes occur.”
