Congratulations to Dr. Hieu Phung, who received one of the two “Best Young Researcher” prizes for a paper entitled “Realizing the Red River of Northern Vietnam, 1000-1850,” presented at the 2017 Water History Conference held by the International Water History Association in Grand Rapids, Michigan!
