Masskara Festival of Bacolod City (Part of Fiesta Filipinas: An Online Celebration of Philippine Festivals)

The Philippine Consulate General in Honolulu invites you to catch the special episode of “Fiesta Filipinas: An Online Celebration of Philippine Festivals” featuring the Masskara Festival of Bacolod City!

Date & Time: 30 October 2021, 4:00 p.m. (PH Time) / 29 October 2021, 10:00 PM ( Hawaii Time) via the DFA Official Facebook and YouTube Channel.

Interested participants may register using this link. By registering, participants commit to attend the event and share online photos/video/reviews of their participation in at least one social media platform.

The “Fiesta Filipinas: An Online Celebration of Philippine Festivals” project is a multi-format online event which will simulate the experience of a festival through a combination of live and pre-recorded videos, live workshops, and activities.

The project is organized by the Philippines’ Department of Foreign Affairs and the Department of Tourism, in cooperation with the National Commission for Culture and the Arts.
