Nominal GDP at current value has been steadily grown with 61,414 billion Riels in 2013 (approximately US$15.35 billion) and 67,643 billion Riels in 2014 (approximately US$16.91 billion) and is projected to be 74,444 billion Riel in 2015 (approximately US$ 18.61 billion).
2019 Cambodia Business Mission, July 8-9 His Excellency Pan Sorasak, Cambodian Minister of Commerce and Alex Feldman, US-ASEAN Business Council President and CEO at the 2019 Cambodia Business Mission in Phnom Penh, taking place from July 8-9. The mission focused on supporting capacity-building efforts, including human capital development, SME training, and youth leadership programs throughout Cambodia.

The ruling Cambodian People’s Party (CPP) maintains power through violent attacks, politically motivated prosecutions, draconian laws, and corruption. Prime Minister Hun Sen, in power since 1985, oversees effectively one-party rule in the National Assembly since CPP-controlled courts dissolved the main opposition Cambodia National Rescue Party in 2017.

As computer and internet industry gain influence and market in Cambodia, several types of Khmer fonts have been developed as well, such as Khek font, Limon font, Zero-Space font, and many others just to name a few. Most of them were not developed by using Unicode or meet the guideline of the Unicode Standards.
