The Culinary Institute of the Pacific is a collaborative initiative of six food service training programs within the University of Hawaiʻi Community College system on the four major islands. The vision is an advanced culinary campus that will benefit students from Hawaiʻi and the world who wish to hone their culinary skills and receive their third-year professional training certificate in restaurants and business management at the Diamond Head facility. Working in partnership with the University of Hawaiʻi–West Oʻahu, students also have the resources to gain their bachelor of applied science degree in culinary management.

What not everyone may know is that the Culinary Institute of the Pacific also sometimes offers classes on Southeast Asian cuisine. Check out their Food Enthusiast Program classes, which are open to members of the community. (Note: classes may not be currently open for enrollment, but you can request to be notified when they do.)
