Phạm Quỳnh Anh (born 24th August, 1984) is a popular Vietnamese female pop singer. At 4, she attended many kid-arts in Hanoi.
At the age of 13, with Thang Phương Mai, they offically became a professional band named “Sắc Màu” in Hanoi and made success with the hit “Sắc Màu Tuổi Thơ”.
In 2003, she decided to increase her career in Ho Chi Minh City and sign-contracted with Wepro Company (Công ty Thế Giới Giải Trí). A couple time later, with Lương Bích Hữu and Thu Thủy (the member had left the band after the era Anh Không Muốn Bất Công Với Em (with Ưng Hoàng Phúc), then she was replaced by Ngô Quỳnh Anh), they became very popular while working together in the band H.A.T, who was adored by teenagers, tweens, and their parents. At the end of 2004, she and H.A.T, Ưng Hoàng Phúc, the ekip of Wepro went straight to Hong Kong to visit TVB, a famous television program. They attended concerts, talk shows of this TV program, especially the “X’Mas 2004”, broadcasting on TVB. Months later, H.A.T broke up, she once again decided to stay with Wepro while the others had left the company.
In 2006, she began the solo singing career with the given-campaign “10.000 DVD – Triệu lời cảm ơn” with her debut single, “Không Đau Vì Quá Đau”, which became her first hit. In the same year, she released her first album, “Hoa Quỳnh Anh Chung Tình”. The concept was a truly ballad-girl, and the album contains many famous songs like “Chung Tình”, “Dù Chỉ Là Chiếc Lá” and also “Ngôi Sao Băng (feat. Weboys)”. -last.fm
